Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our Research & Innovation team. The role involves researching and prototyping new AI offerings, creating strategic platform partnerships within the AI ecosystem, and contributing to the development of enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI/ML concepts, including Large Language Models, Deep Learning, Neural Networks, and Natural Language Processing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive innovation by conducting research on the latest AI advancements and implementing them in prototypes
• Collaborate with product teams to transition prototypes into production
• Present and communicate prototype results to stakeholders and executives
• Engage in cross-functional collaboration across various disciplines and organizations

Requirements:

• MSc or PhD in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, NLP, AI, or Machine Learning
• Over 5 years of experience in implementing and delivering data science and AI projects involving large and complex datasets
• Expertise in Deep Learning, Neural Networks, Generative AI, Knowledge Graphs, NLP, and relevant frameworks
• Experience with training and inference using models like GPT, LLaMA, and BERT; familiarity with RAG and agentic flows is a plus
• Proficiency in research paper scouting, understanding GenAI research trends, and translating research into code
• Strong communication skills to convey complex issues to leadership and customers
• Conceptual understanding of architectures and technical constraints to ensure scalable and maintainable designs
• Experience with analytics and data science frameworks such as PyTorch, NumPy, scikit-learn, pandas, Keras, and TensorFlow
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to transition ML/AI research outcomes into scalable services is advantageous
