Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Director of Software Engineering to lead the development of scalable cloud infrastructure and software architecture for AI-driven applications. This role involves overseeing DevOps and software architecture teams, implementing best practices, and ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud platforms, DevOps methodologies, and a passion for integrating AI technologies into enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead teams responsible for provisioning and maintaining cloud infrastructure for software projects
• Define and maintain architecture guidelines and best practices for AI-driven applications
• Design and implement cloud infrastructure solutions supporting AI projects, ensuring efficient compute resource allocation and secure deployments
• Oversee the design and implementation of microservices, ensuring modularity and scalability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical strategies with business goals
• Drive continuous improvement and adoption of emerging cloud and AI technologies

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, cloud infrastructure, or DevOps, with 5+ years in leadership roles
• Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and cloud-native technologies
• Strong background in DevOps methodologies, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Kubernetes, and CI/CD automation
• Deep understanding of microservices architecture, API design, and distributed systems
• Programming skills in Python, Go, Java, or similar languages
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), MLOps, and AI model optimization
• Knowledge of security best practices for AI applications and cloud compliance frameworks
• Familiarity with AI tools like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, or LangChain
