Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer specializing in AIOps (Artificial Intelligence for IT Operations). The role involves designing, implementing, and optimizing machine learning models to support business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, MLOps practices, and container orchestration platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize machine learning models to enhance IT operations
• Design and implement automated workflows for model training, validation, and deployment (CI/CD pipelines)
• Ensure scalability and efficiency of model infrastructures using containerization and orchestration tools
• Implement best practices for MLOps, including versioning, automation, and monitoring
• Create documentation and training materials to support knowledge sharing within the team

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field
• Experience in developing and implementing machine learning models
• Familiarity with AI frameworks such as OpenWebUI, Ollama, or LangChain
• Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines, containerization platforms (e.g., Podman, Docker), and orchestration tools (e.g., OpenShift, Kubernetes)
• Strong programming skills in Python or R, and experience with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras
• Understanding of data management, data pipeline engineering, and DevOps practices
• Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven decision-making approach
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in interdisciplinary teams
• Experience in agile project management
